I made this in MyPaint, using "Round brush" and "Big airbrush". The model was found somewhere on the Internet quite a long time ago.

Above is the, so far, final version. I used Gimp to adjust the colors in the original painting, as I wasn't satisfied with it. As you can see below, the colors were somewhat cold and pale.
